  I have been a member there for years now and at least 6 times in the last year or 2 they have messed me around, either charging me for late fees which then they go and check and realise they have them, to saying ive rented a movie, that i didnt, but obviously no proof to prove i didnt, and them giving movies that dont work, to then try and blame me for them not working "because we wouldnt have gave you a dvd, with a stratch on it" umm you have lots of times, stop taking my money, and take responsibility! Have they changed owners or something ? Because never have i had these problems since the last year or two. I have been here looking for a movie once, asked for help from one of the older ladies that worker there , she looked on the system and found it, looked over the shop couldbt find it, told me it wasnt there, my brother went to that movie shop 10 minutes after me and she found it for him straight away... I have been comming here ever since its opened, and now i wont be comming anymore. They even told me i didnt have an account with them, which i have for years! And then when they eventually found my account someone had deleted my number off their system so they couldnt find me, and then they tried telling me ive rent a dvd, that i havent.... sort out your workers.. each time its been an older worker, that has stuffed up... shes polite but stop messing with my money and my account..
